Intermittent Fasting (IF) or Window Eating, as we prefer to call it, is a simple but highly effective way to manage your weight, health and focus. Basically, you only eat food during an 8-hour window for 2-4 days a week, usually between 12h00 to 20h00 (or whatever times suit your routine). You end up eating the same quantity of food, but you give your body time to eat, digest and rest. It’s certainly worth trying if you want to supercharge your weight loss and mental focus. IF is just one of the optimal health, focus and diet tools that everyone should try at some time.
To further explain the concept, visualise your day divided into 3 blocks of 8 hours:
  • 8 hours for eating
  • 8 hours for digesting and burning fat
