We added 15 Soups for you to enjoy at breakfast time. This is a great fiber injection to help with the weight-loss and will kick start your day.
You get lunch and dinner for 5 days per week. Monday to Friday (10 Meals per week)
You can have the carb meals or non carb meals for lunch but only the non carb meals for dinner, or the occasional carb meal for dinner.
We also added 2 smoothies per week-end for your enjoyment.
