There are many options but this option contains 30 meals + 15 smoothies to kick start your journey.

 

You get lunch and dinner for 5 days per week. 

You can have the carb meals or non carb meals for lunch but only the non carb meals for dinner.

You will need to make your own breakfast – you can make Jungle Oats (no sugar or milk added) or eggs with veggies.

We added a muesli and toasted wheat flakes as an extra. You can alternate your breakfast with these.
