Heating Instructions


Oven: Defrost. Preheat oven to 200°C (Without grill element). NB: Remove plastic sleeve. Place meal in aluminium tray for 15-18 mins (check often).

Tip: For best results, defrost in the fridge overnight.

DO NOT Microwave.


Freezing Instructions


Keep frozen up to 5 months (-18℃ ).

Consume within 2 days of defrosting.

Do not refreeze once defrosted.
