Double Pizza Kit – Toppings to make Double Cheese Margherita & Regina

Pizza will always be a treat, but treat yourself with the healthiest version of pizza around, slow-release, long-fermented sourdough pizza with real tomato sauce is the best.

Our Double Pizza kits contain all the ingredients you need to prepare 2 individual Sourdough pizzas.

Double Cheese Margherita:

  • 1x par-baked 48-Hour Sourdough pizza bases with tomato topping
  • 200g Perfect Melting Cheese (80% Mozzarella + 20% Cheddar) Imported Cheese.
  • Additional 100g Perfect Melting Cheese

Regina:

  • 1x par-baked 48-Hour Sourdough pizza bases with tomato topping
  • 100g Perfect Melting Cheese (80% Mozzarella + 20% Cheddar) Imported Cheese.
  • 60g Nitrate-free lean bacon
  • 60g Mushrooms

Sourdough pizza is a great alternative to conventional pizza. Its lower phytate levels make it more nutritious and easier to digest. Sourdough pizza also seems less likely to spike your blood sugar levels, which makes it an option for those monitoring their blood sugar.

It is our belief that the best foods come from sourcing the very best ingredients and keeping things simple.

These hand-rolled Sourdough Pizza Bases are beautifully in line with this philosophy and fermented over a 48 hour period.

Your Pizza Instructions

Double Cheese Sourdough Pizza Kit

Store in the freezer but defrost kit ingredients for best results.

Cooking instructions. 

(Preparation time 5 mins, pizza cooking time 7 mins)

  1. Defrost ingredients for best results.  (Leave the kit ingredients out of the box for 30-60 mins depending on air temperature)
  2. Preheat oven to 200° C (use a bake setting, not the grill setting), with a Pizza Baking Stone or metal tray to heat up.  (This will crisp the base perfectly)
  3. If the cheese is not defrosted then put the packets in a little lukewarm water for a few minutes.
  4. Create your pizza by adding cheese and optionally add a sprinkle of salt.
  5. Cook for 7 mins on a hot metal tray or baking stone.  (Check that the pizza is cooking evenly)
  6. Remove, slice with a pizza cutter and enjoy incredible 48-hour fermented sourdough pizza. 

Regina (Nitrate-free bacon + Mushrooms)

Store in the freezer but defrost kit ingredients for best results.

(Preparation time 10 mins, pizza cooking time 7 mins)

  1. Defrost ingredients for best results. (Leave the kit ingredients out of the box for 30-60 mins depending on air temperature)
  2. Preheat oven to 200° C (use a bake setting, not the grill setting), with a Pizza Baking Stone or metal tray to heat up. (This will crisp the base perfectly)
  3. If the cheese, nitrate-free bacon and mushrooms are not defrosted then put the packets in a little lukewarm water for a few minutes.
  4. Fry or Air-fry the bacon and mushrooms to brown them (coat in a little olive oil to help crispen).
  5. Create your pizza by adding cheese and the cooked bacon and mushrooms. Optionally add a sprinkle of salt.
  6. Cook for 7 mins on a hot metal tray or baking stone.  (Check that the pizza is cooking evenly)
  7. Remove, slice with a pizza cutter and enjoy incredible 48-hour fermented sourdough pizza. 

Freezing Instructions


Keep EVERYTHING FROZEN until it’s time to cook.
