• Delivery Minimum Order
  The minimum order for delivery is shown in your cart.
  
  
• Free meals and/or smoothies
  Unclaimed/unused free products are not carried across to future months.
  Free products are only added to one order per month (if multiple orders are made).
  
  
• Delivery in outlying areas, E-Cape, Free State
  Some outlying areas may only have one delivery date per month.
  
  
• Double discounts are not applied
  We do not apply double discounts to the checkout.
  The discount is always from the original price on kits or products
  (i.e. the WAS price) not the already discounted price.
  
  
• Multiple Loyalty or Discount offers
  Only one Loyalty Club offer can be applied to an order
  (i.e. If you are part of multiple loyalty or discount programs).
  The website will calculate the best discount offer.
  
  
• Refund Policy
  Refunds are not given unless products are out of spec.
  However, we do aim to consider all reasonable requests.
  We do provide replacements or vouchers for future orders.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy
  The Loyalty Club monthly subscription and discounts are based on a 12-month contract, wIth an auto-renewal.
  We will send emails and/or SMS's regarding renewals.
