This is our version of the delicious traditional South-African dish consisting of a *boerewors in bredie sauce, sweet potato and old-style grandma's green beans. A rich tomato base, sweetened with grated apple, so you get all the fibre and delicious flavours with a bit of natural sweetness.
*boerewors: traditional wors can be full of artificial ingredients, added sugar and cereals. Our wors is made especially for FitChef. We use a leaner cut of beef that is grass-fed, hormone, steroid and routine antibiotic-free. We don't use cereals, added sugar or preservatives or anything artificial. Just 100% real food.
