Defrosting Tip

Store smoothies, juices and shooters in your freezer. To defrost either leave a week’s supply in the fridge to defrost slowly or place a frozen smoothie in hot tap water for 5 mins… shake and drink! (Never use the microwave to defrost smoothies).

Ready-to-blend smoothies always stay in the freezer, just add frozen ingredients and water and blend for 40 seconds.
