Vegetarian - Tomato Soup

A delicious but simple rich tomato health *soup that is made from 100% vegetables and fruit without any added starch thickeners you would normally find in soups. This healthy soup will pleasantly surprise you with its balanced flavours, it has all the antioxidant benefits of brightly coloured veg. This soup is great as a base for your pasta sauce or can be reduced further as a tomato base in any of your recipes.

*Soup facts. FitChef makes soups the old-fashioned way, it’s made from veg, fruit and spices that are liquidised and slowly reduced over heat until it becomes a thick soup. Almost all other soups available on the market are actually “carbohydrate-soup” where the focus is water and thickeners to make it saucy then adding sugar, colourants, flavourants, preservatives and then some veg and/or meats… compared to the FitChef way they are very low on nutrients and fibre.

Storing Instructions

Defrost meal in fridge for best results, Keep refrigerated. Eat meals within 2 days of defrosting.

Heating Instructions

Best Results:

Hot Tray: Place meal on hot tray. Frozen meal: 25-30 mins, defrosted meal 20 mins. Turn hot tray off afterwards.

Oven: Remove from packaging and place meal into oven proof container. 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 mins.

Frying Pan: Heat defrosted meal in pan.


Microwave: Once defrosted, open film, heat for 2 mins on high, stir to thicken sauces. If frozen heat for 4 mins on high. Microwave heating will always soften food, while it is convenient other heating methods will produce better results.
