Soup facts. FitChef makes soups the old-fashioned way, it’s made from veg, fruit and spices that are liquidised and slowly reduced over heat until it becomes a thick soup. Almost all other soups available on the market are actually “carbohydrate-soup” where the focus is water and thickeners to make it saucy then adding sugar, colourants, flavourants, preservatives and then some veg and/or meats… compared to the Thyme FitChef way they are very low on nutrients and fibre.

OVEN/AIRFRY (from defrosted)
Remove film.
265g-350g meals: 120°C: 15-20 mins.

Low heat with lid. Heat and stir.
