About Me

I am Chezelle, a registered dietitian. I completed my degree at the University of Pretoria whereafter I completed my community service year at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital and am currently doing my masters degree at Stellenbosch University. I always knew I wanted to go into a profession of health and helping people and realized that it was my calling in high school. I have always been passionate about nutrition and the impact that it has on our health. I became a dietitian to spread awareness on the impact of nutrition and to change people’s perspectives on food. I enjoy walking a nutrition path with people and seeing how their habits, mindset, and bodies change. I enjoy developing recipes and cooking and am very passionate about food. I enjoy travelling and observing different food cultures. Whether it be in the hospital or private practice sector, I have always had compassion towards people and helping to change their lives for the better.
