Hi, I'm Nathalie. An everyday human, mom, wife and dietitian. My job is to help you find the right diet for you, not to force my ideal eating style onto you, but to be your supportive, nutrition cheerleader. I bring science knowledge and years of experience to the table, you bring your preferences and lifestyle.

I'm based in based in Johannesburg and service Johannesburg and surrounds in person. Virtual consultation available for all areas of South Africa. My practice is cash-based but invoices can be claimed from medical aid savings. I'm a mom of two so I understand what is realistic in a home environment. I have years of experience in corporate work and understand the demands placed on high performing executives.
