When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was very overweight and I realized it was because of bad eating habits and lack of interest in my food choices. Exercise was a passing phase for me and not a priority. I decided to do something about it. I embarked on a journey that involved a complete overhaul of my lifestyle. 

I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. I don't need to put myself in your shoes. I'm able to say I have walked in them and understand that this journey isn't always going to be easy, but it will be worth it. 

Fitness is not just exercise its a lifestyle that encompasses the food we eat, the thoughts we think, the way we treat our bodies and the physical activities we engage in.

I believe everybody deserves to move without pain, age with grace, look in the mirror and feel radiant, create new personal mile stones and have optimal health.
