2 Fasting days and 5 #EatClean days - this regimen involves energy restriction for 2 non-consecutive days a week and usual eating the other 5 days.

Like the alternating day (1:1) fasting, this form of fasting is backed by research showing it lowers weight, improves blood sugar, inflammation and other aspects of metabolic health.
