Meat

R 158.25

This keto-friendly meal features tender beef tikka—beef cubes marinated in a blend of aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, garlic, and ginger, then cooked in a rich, flavorful sauce with a hint of smokiness. It is paired with a hearty vegetable frittata, made with eggs and low-carb vegetables such as spinach, peppers, and zucchini, creating a fluffy, savoury base that perfectly complements the bold beef tikka.

Benefits:

  1. High in Protein: The beef and eggs provide a substantial amount of high-quality protein, essential for muscle maintenance, tissue repair, and overall metabolic health.
  2. Keto & Low-Carb Friendly: This meal is designed to be low in carbs and high in healthy fats and protein, making it ideal for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet. It helps promote fat-burning and maintain steady energy levels without spikes in blood sugar.
  3. Rich in Healthy Fats: The frittata contains healthy fats from eggs, which are great for supporting brain function, hormonal balance, and heart health while keeping you full and satisfied.
  4. Packed with Nutrients: Beef is rich in iron, zinc, and B vitamins, which are vital for energy production, immune support, and overall well-being. The vegetables in the frittata add fibre, vitamins (like A, C, and K), and antioxidants, contributing to improved digestion, better skin health, and enhanced immune function.
  5. Flavourful and Satisfying: The spicy, savory beef tikka sauce provides a burst of flavour that enhances the creamy texture of the frittata, making the meal deeply satisfying without being high in carbs or sugar.
  6. Supports Weight Management: The combination of protein and healthy fats in this meal helps keep you fuller for longer, reducing cravings and supporting healthy weight management. It’s also low in carbs, aiding fat loss while preserving muscle mass.

This meal offers the best of both worlds—a rich, saucy beef tikka paired with a fluffy, nutrient-packed vegetable frittata, making it a perfect option for those on a keto or low-carb diet who want maximum flavor with balanced nutrition.
