Our 21 Day Challenge is a quick way to reset your body to healthier eating patterns, without forcing you to become "the one who’s on a diet. FitChef is a lifestyle. Our challenges only cover meals from Monday to Saturday as Sunday is your cheat day. This kit includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for 20 days. We will deliver your order within three to eight working days, and collections can be done between 1 and 4 working days if you are based in Johannesburg or Cape Town.

While breakfast is important, not everyone likes eating breakfast and a smoothie might be all you need. Make your first meal a healthy one as it sets the tone for the day. If you prefer a hot meal, eat a bobotie or Thai curry. Our 21 Day Challenge kits give you oats for breakfast (for the first 9 days), then we move you to vegetarian meals so you can start the day with an extra nutrient-filled boost.  

The food and smoothies are high in natural fibre. We aim for low/lower carb meals, but we believe the focus should be on quality carbs (from veggies). We use old fashion cooking techniques to slowly thicken sauces, using ingredients you recognise, we aim to use wholefood as close to natures state as possible.
