You eat between specific times ONLY (i.e. the “Window”)… OMAD (One meal a day, or one meal-window per day) means you 17/18h00 – 20h00 (2-3 hours) and fast the 22 hours (including while you sleep… hence 22:2.

You eat normally, exercise normally, but just structure your eating hours to give your body more time to reset and balance blood sugar.
