Vegetarian - Grandma Vegetable Curry with Brown Basmati Rice

Inspired by the hearty curries you find at your Winter school fete in a vegetarian version. This meal has a very subtle curry flavour, tasty beans and vegetables with a hint of pineapple chutney. We do not use any added sugars in our chutney, it is completely healthy but still full of flavour and goodness. We serve this to you on *brown basmati rice. A great meal for those days where you need to warm up your soul and hungry tummy. #soulFood

Storing Instructions

Defrost meal in fridge for best results, Keep refrigerated. Eat meals within 2 days of defrosting.

Heating Instructions

Hot Tray: Place meal on hot tray. Frozen meal: 25-30 mins, defrosted meal 20 mins. Turn hot tray off afterwards.

Oven: Remove from packaging and place meal into oven proof container. 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 mins.

Frying Pan: Heat defrosted meal in pan.

Freezing Instructions

Keep all meals frozen in your freezer for up to 3 months. Defrost in your fridge overnight for best results. Stir any sauces to thicken.
