WHAT MAKES THIS MEAL SPECIAL?

A rich tomato, oregano, basil sauce that creates a satisfying Napolitano lip-smacking experience. You get a delicious spaghetti napolitana vibe, but with nutrient-dense quinoa.

Quinoa is an excellent food ingredient. It's one of the few plants that has 9 of the essential amino acids (protein), it's high in fibre, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E, various beneficial antioxidants and flavonoids quercetin and kaempferol. Quinoa is not technically a cereal grain, it is a seed classified as a grain. It's also naturally gluten-free and low GI.

Protein. This meal is high in protein with over 30g of protein from free-range chicken and quinoa.

Quality Oils. High quality unsaturated olive oils reduce inflammation and promote health (unlike seed oils that increase inflammation. Olive oil is a superfood).

Storing Instructions


Keep frozen (-18°C) until best before date, eat within 3 days of defrosting.

Heating Instructions


Heating: For best results defrost in fridge overnight.

Microwave (defrosted): Pierce film. Heat for 2-3 mins.

Microwave (frozen): Pierce film. Heat for 4-5 mins.

Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place food into ovenproof container for 15-20 mins. Tip: Stir Often.
