Storing Instructions


Keep frozen for up to 5 months (-18°C). Consume within 2 days of defrosting. Do not refreeze once defrosted.


Heating Instructions


DEFROSTING: For best results defrost overnight in fridge or defrost in microwave for 2-3 mins.

OVEN (DEFROSTED): Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove film and place tray into oven for 15-20 mins.

MICROWAVE (DEFROSTED): Pierce film. Heat for 2-3 mins.
MICROWAVE (FROZEN): Pierce film. Heat for 5-7 mins.
