This is the kind of curry you will find at your local church bazaar, this meal has a very sublte curry flavour, cripy wholesome vegetables with a hint of homemade chutney sauce.

Apple, Baby Carrots, Beetroot, Black Pepper, Brown Wild Rice, Butter Beans, Cauliflower, Celery, Ginger, Green Beans, Natural Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil , Onion, Oregano, Salt (Unrefined Kalahari), Sundried Tomatoes, Sweet potato, Water, Pineapple, Curry Powder, Tapioca , Garam Masala, Tomato Sauce

Made in a kitchen with eggs, nuts, seeds, dairy & soya

Hot Tray: Place meal on hot tray. Frozen meal: 25-30 mins, defrosted meal 20 mins. Turn hot tray off afterwards.

Oven: Remove from packaging and place meal into oven proof container. 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 mins.

Frying Pan: Heat defrosted meal in pan.


Keep all meals frozen in your freezer for up to 3 months. Defrost in your fridge overnight for best results. Stir any sauces to thicken.
